That phrase does a lot of work in this industry, so it is worth saying what we mean by it. Quality first means a rigorous quality control system and the willingness to reject our own output. Customer-oriented means the specification is yours, not ours — and that changing it is a normal request, not an exception.

Our OEM and ODM services exist to meet the diverse demands of global markets, and most of our work begins with somebody else's drawing.
Ten categories of cabinet hardware are produced under one quality system, from touch latches and runners through to shelf supports, connecting fittings and castors.
02 — How we work
One system, four stages
Tooling, forming, assembly and inspection are run in-house. Keeping them together is what lets us hold a specification across a run — and change it quickly when a customer needs it changed.

Tooling
Dies and moulds prepared in-house against the approved drawing.

Forming
Stamping and moulding of metal and engineering-plastic components.

Assembly
Spring, plunger and housing brought together and function-checked.

A touch latch is judged on whether the thousandth press feels like the first. That is a question about tolerance control and material consistency, so those are the things we inspect.
